Hugo is two markets on one map. Inside the developments, Victor Gardens and the 1990s and 2000s building around the lakes, the housing is conventional suburban with attached two and three-car garages on slabs that are clean, flat and easy to grind. Outside them, on the acreage toward Withrow and the township line, the job is as often a detached shop or pole building: a bigger floor, a heavier use, equipment and trailers and a welder in the corner, and sometimes no heat. Those slabs take abuse a garage floor never sees, which is what a polyurea system is built for.
