Homeowner had hot-tire pickup damage from a failed 2018 epoxy install. We ground the failing epoxy off, repaired three settlement cracks, applied a polyurea base coat, broadcast Tuscan blend flake to refusal, and finished with polyaspartic UV topcoat. Drive-on Tuesday morning after a Sunday-Monday install.

New construction garage with virgin slab. Diamond-ground to CSP-3, applied polyurea, gray flake broadcast, polyaspartic topcoat over the floor AND up the stem walls 12" for a continuous waterproof seal. Owner wanted minimal flake density to keep the look clean; we adjusted broadcast rate and added an anti-slip additive to the topcoat.

Below-grade slab with prior water intrusion from a failed sump pump. Tested moisture (RH probe came back elevated), installed moisture-mitigation primer first, then standard polyurea/flake/polyaspartic. Customer wanted a warmer tone than typical garage palettes — went with a brown-tan-cream blend that hides foot traffic and pet hair.

Two-bay service shop. Higher chemical resistance spec (oil drips, brake fluid, parts cleaner), heavier polyurea build, industrial-gray flake to hide grease over time, semi-aggressive anti-slip additive in the topcoat for wet-floor safety. Coordinated install around the shop's slowest week so they only lost one Saturday of revenue.

South-facing covered patio with full afternoon sun. UV-stable polyaspartic with a heavier-than-normal anti-slip additive (patio gets wet from rain blowing in). Owner picked a flake blend that complements the home's stone exterior. Polyurea handles freeze-thaw and snow shovels just fine — patio survives Minnesota winters without spalling like raw concrete.
